You will have to have several medical tests done 7 days prior to the surgery. You will be given a list of the tests during the consultation.
Surgery
A consultation with an anaesthetist is carried out prior to surgery. The surgery is carried out under general anaesthesia and takes 15 -30 minutes.
Surgery
Staying at the in-patient hospital: 2 hours under medical supervision. Control examination after 7 days and, if necessary, after 1 and 6 months.
The result is permanent
The result after the surgery stays unchanged as the time goes by apart from age-related skin alterations.
Return to work
Most patients are able to return to work the next day after the surgery.
Restrictions
During the first four weeks it is not recommended to visit sauna, indoor tanning or gym.

POST SURGICAL RECOVERY

The first 2 - 5 hours are in the in-patient hospital under the medical staff supervision. If necessary, your stay there may be prolonged. After the discharge you will be given all necessary medications. Check up examination is carried out after 7 days.
3Discomfort and painful sensations
During the first few days after the surgery there could be some painful sensations. If necessary, some pain relief medications can be prescribed.
Stitches
Threads are absorbable, a scar is formed throughout 6 months.
Bruises
Bruises and swelling will disappear in 10-14 days.
Without scars
The wound heals quickly without any scars left.
Topical cream
You are advised to use hygienic pads for a few days.
Final result
It will be possible to evaluate the final result after 6 months.
